01Product Design & Development
Once the product sketch or concept is confirmed, our R&D department begins mold design and product development.
We offer three types of molds depending on product structure and complexity.The first sample is typically ready within 30–45 days after the final drawing is approved.
Multiple rounds of functional and dimensional testing and modification are carried out to ensure performance and quality.
02Sample Confirmation
Final product samples are submitted for client evaluation, testing, and approval before proceeding to mass production.
03Order Confirmation & Contract Signing
Final confirmation of product specifications, pricing, delivery schedule, and payment terms.Formal contract is signed to begin production.
04Mass Production
Master mold is prepared after sample confirmation.The number of production lines and working molds is arranged according to the client’s purchase volume.Efficient production scheduling ensures timely delivery.
05Quality Control & Inspection
